An attorney specializing in e-commerce and securities, Ashley Smith served as legal counsel for QuiBids.com and its affiliated companies for five years prior to the launch of CrowdSeekr. Ashley is very involved in the Oklahoma City community and sits on several non-profit boards. She has served as a Co-Chair for IgniteOKC, a networking event popular among entrepreneurs and as a judge for the Donald W. Reynolds Governor’s Cup, a collegiate business plan competition. She earned a degree in marketing from Oklahoma Christian University and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma.
With over 30 years of IT experience, Marylee has worked as an information systems consultant for Applied Intelligence Group, Inc. and the viaLink Company and as a systems analyst and programmer for several national corporations. During the 23 years she worked in consulting, she managed a department of 50 information technology professionals, and also coordinated and oversaw projects. She actively volunteers for several Oklahoma City organizations and is currently president of the board of directors of one not-for-profit board. Marylee is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BA and an MA in Journalism.
During his 30-plus year career, Tim Strange has been both a broker and owner of numerous commercial real estate entities. His track record includes nearly 1 billion in sales/leasing transactions and nearly 100 million as an owner/sponsor. Tim currently serves as president of Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort Commercial Real Estate. Established in 1905, Newmark Grubb Levy Strange Beffort is a major force and trusted name in Oklahoma commercial real estate.
Tim is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a designation awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI) to fewer than ten percent of commercial real estate practioners in the U.S. based on their educational proficiency and track record. He is an Office Specialist in the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR), a designation awarded to fewer than two per cent of commercial real estate practioners nationwide based on their sustained high level of production and experience. He is a past president of the Oklahoma chapters of CCIM and SIOR and has also served as the president of the Oklahoma City Commercial Real Estate Council. Tim is a member of the Advisory Board of the Oklahoma Urban Land Institute (ULI) whose mission is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. He earned a bachelors of science degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University.
